Our 2 bedroom villa was perfect! It has everything we needed and was very comfortable and extremely clean. The views are amazing! What an absolutely beautiful location! We will definitely be going back again in the near future. And especially when our 5 month old grows up to be a little older as the water park there looks to be great fun. He will love it!
We had a motel room which was ok. Definitely go for the cabin for the best views. Great location. Closed by to many spots. Good facilities and staff were helpful. My daughter loved scootering around and going on the jumping pillow. I loved being so close to the beach and the yiros truck was great.
Spent a couple of nights at Moonta Bay Holiday Park with friends to celebrate the new year in. Stayed in the old hotel which is now part of the park. Room cost $180 per night and had one queen and a single bed. Small table, huge TV, mini kitchen and renovated bathroom. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy. Great value for money!
Nice camping site! It was lovely to stay there, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Nice view too, good place to bring the pets. The site has everything you need, clean too.

A very big and busy caravan park that is close to the jetty, waterpark and cafe. Plenty of families over the school holidays with caravans and camper trailers. The amenities were always clean and staff friendly. About a 5 minute drive into Moonta, Drakes and shopping precinct. Approximately 10 minutes from the Moonta Mines Museum. I am surprised that no child was hurt on their scooters or bikes as they sailed down the hill and around the bend from the upper to lower levels! Booking recommended if you want a beach front spot.
We stayed in a cabin with a 2.5 yr and 3.5 yr old. The cabin was well kitted out to cook in and spacious enough to lounge in. The rocket ship park and pillow were a hit for the kids. Beach is within walking distance. On site washing machines. Two coffee shops within walking distance . What more could you want.
We have been staying here for 10 years but the service has really dropped! We asked to cancel our trip wihtin the 7-day timeframe because of problems with our van, and asked for a credit to rebook. Instead they refunded us minus a $25 …
